	DR. KIRTI K. SHAH, MD is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Shah is Medical Director of Nephron Corporation. Dr. Shah is a Lifetime Member of National Registry of Who's Who.
	DR. PIYUSH PATEL, MD is board certified in Nephrology and Internal Medicine. Dr. Patel has training in Internal Medicine in St. Lukes Roosevelt Hospital in NY and Nephrology training n Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, New Brunswick, NJ and undergraduate in Medicine at B.J. Medical College, India. Since 1995, Dr. Patel has been in practice in Nephrology in Elmira, NY and then in Tifton, GA prior to joining Kidney-Hypertension Clinic, PC in 2008.
	DR. CONJEEVARAM R. KESAVAN, MD completed his undergraduate education as well as a Fellowship in Internal Medicine at Stanley Medical College, Madras, India; medicine training and Nephrology fellowship at Our Lady of Mercy Medical Center, Bronx, NY. Dr. Kesavan is board certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. Dr. Kesevan is a recipient of the Gold Medal in Physiology and Award of Excellence in Physiology, Pharmacology, Social and Preventative Medicine and Clinical Nutrition, Stanley Medical College. Dr. Kesevan is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Society of Nephrology.
	DR. PRANAB K. CHATTOPADHYAY MD graduated from University of Calcutta for Medical School. After graduation, he had training in Internal Medicine Residency at Columbia University New York. He continued his fellowship in Nephrology at University of Medicine and Dentistry in New Jersey. He has been a practicing Nephrologist in Florida and California and presently join the practice at Kidney Hypertension Clinic. He is board certified in Nephology as well as Internal Medicine and he will be available to see patients in our Winder office.
